Operation
29. Now the device with sucked load be transported to the destination.
30. Lower the load carefully (distance to the ground approx. 20-30 mm), then remove load-securing-
chain and throw it under the load.
31. Never grip with the hands under load (stone slab)! Danger of squeezing!
32. Load-securing-chain should be returned to chain case.
33. Put the device with the sucked load completely down on the floor.
34. To release the load (from the suction plate),
first operate the locking mechanism and
then pull the operating lever towards the
handle. →
The load securing-chain must never be used as a "lifting tackle" to attach the device (QUICKJET) on the
carrier (e.g. excavators)!
The duty cycle (lifting/venting) should not exceed 2/3 to 1/3.
Maximum lifting period 2 minutes, followed by 1 minute with inlet free (without load), otherwise there is a
risk of overheating of the blower (effect: blower breaks down
Daily taking out of operation:
Before switching off the device with the push switch, allow it to run for at least 1 minute with the venting
valve open.
This loosens and removes any dirt which may have been deposited on the vacuum blower.
