Menu Description - Devolo Giga Bridge Manual

The procedure for opening the web
interface depends on the router. The router
manual will inform you how to call up the
web interface.
Start your web browser and enter the IP

address of the desired devolo Giga Bridge
adapter in the input field and confirm the
entry.
After entering the IP address and then con-
firming, the web
devolo Giga Bridge adapters starts.

4.2 Menu description

All menu functions are described in the corre-
sponding interface as well as in the associated
chapter in the manual. The sequence of the de-
scription in the manual follows the structure of the
menu.
The central web interface areas are displayed at
the edge of the screen.
Login
The web interface is password protected when
called up. We recommend assigning a individual
login key after the initial registration.

You can find the key (Device Password) on
the rear side of the devolo Giga Bridge
adapters.
More information on assigning a login key
can be found in Chapter 4.3.3 System.
A secure key should consist of at least twelve
characters and include upper-case and
lower-case letters and numbers and/or
special characters.
