for operating the centrifuge between set time intervals is called Real Time Control (RTC)
The RTC operation procedures are described below using examples
Example: To operate the centrifuge under the following run parameters, beginning with rotor installation on October 24 and removing
the samples around 9:30 the next morning
1
Rotor: T-8100
2
Speed: 100,000 rpm
3
Separation time: 3 hours
4
Control temperature: 4 °C
5
Acceleration mode: 9
6
Deceleration mode: 9
In this example, set the above run parameters (1) to (6), then set the RTC operation start time to 6:30 on October 25, and start the
centrifuge
(Note that the same operation will be performed if you set an end time of 9:30 instead of the start time (6:30))
