To create cartridges on the storage array(s):
Creating cartridges will destroy all data on existing

storage array cartridges.
1 Select 3 from the DX-Series Setup Menu to configure the user options.
2 The system warns you that creating cartridges will destroy any
existing cartridge data and prompts you to continue. Type y and the
system services are shut down.
The cartridge creation process asks you to make the following
selection:
Type 1 to create cartridges on ALL storage arrays.
Type 2 to create cartridges on a SPECIFIED storage array.
If this is an upgrade to an existing system, create

Type 3 to create cartridges on a specified RAID set.
Type 4 to exit create cartridges.
3 The system confirms your choice and asks for verification. Type y to

4 Enter the starting cartridge barcode and press
