Before contacting an expert
Read the following troubleshooting table before contacting an
expert.
Problem.
Device does not work.
The upper part of the
food is too dark, and
the lower part is too
light.
The lower part of the
food is too dark, and
the upper part is too
light.
The food is done on the
outside but not on the
inside.
The oven lamp does not
work.
NOTE:
Should you still have problems with your device after following
the steps above, please contact your distributor or an authorized
specialist.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Possible cause
The power supply is
disconnected.
Not enough lower heat.
Too much lower heat.
Temperature too high.
The lamp is loose or
damaged.

Solution
Check the fuse of your domestic
wiring system.
-Select the upper/lower heat
function.
-Use a deeper baking dish.
-Reduce the oven temperature.
-Insert the baking dish into the
lowest guide rail.
-Select the upper/lower heat
function.
-Use a deeper baking dish.
-Reduce the temperature.
-Insert the baking dish into a
higher guide rail.
Reduce the temperature and
increase the cooking time.
Tighten the lamp or replace it
(see "Replacing the oven lamp").
