  • Page 4 AS SE M BLY Start by attaching the MOLLE panels together using the 5/16”-18 X 5/8” bolts and 5/16”-18 serr. flange nuts. It doesn’t matter which panel goes on top of the other, that is up to your preference. Just make sure that the middle panel is flipped so that the JCR logo is legible, and the side panels are flipped so that the cut out portion is on the outside, bottom corners.
  • Page 5 AS SE M BLY Next, loosely attach the side mounts to the back of the side panels using the 5/16”-18 X 5/8” bolts and 5/16”-18 serr. flange nuts. Make sure that the side with the two slots is against the back of the panel and the side with the one slot is sticking out towards the tailgate.
  • Page 6 ASSEMBLY Next, loosely mount the four top mounts to the holes in the front of the bed. If you do not have the trail rail, you can simply fasten them into place using the provided 25mm M6 bolts. If you do have the trail rail, you will need to remove it and then reinstall it with one of the mounts behind each of the four holes in it using the factory hardware.
  • Page 7 AS SE M BLY Next, reinstall the tie down rings with the side mounts between the washer on the tie down bolt and the bed. Leave it loose for now. Finally, with everything roughly in place, position the panels however you would like them and go back and tighten all the bolts that were left loose.
