Set the front brake master cylinder on the handle-
"' ' -
Install the master cylinder holder with the "UP"
mark up and align the end of the holder with the
punch mark on the handlebar.
Tighten the master cylinder holder bolts.
NOTE
Tighten the upper bolt first then the lower
bolt.
TORQUE : 8-12 N-m (0.8-1.2 kg-m. 6-9 ft-fbl
Connect the front brake light switch wires.
Install the engine stop switch.
Position the lower half of the switch so the align-
ment pin fits into the hole in the handlebar.
Tighten the forward screw first, then tighten the
rear screw.
Apply grease to the inside of the grip pipe and the
throttle housing.
I nstall the throttle grip.
Align the split line of the throttle housing with the
punch mark on the handlebar.
Tighten the forward screw first , then tighten the
rear screw.
