TRANSMISSION
Engage the mainshaft and coun tershaft gears, and
place the gears into the left crankcase.
Install the gear shift spindle, drum and shift forks.
CAUTION
install tile shIft fo rks wilh their marks lacing
toward the left crallkcase.
Slide the
shift
fork shaft through the shift forks,
and into the left crankcase .
Assemble the left and right crankcases (Page 10·9).
After install ing, check for smooth operation.
