Configure IP Phone Local Options

Use USB Devices

The USB Devices menu provides information about the Universal Serial
Bus (USB) devices plugged into the USB port in the back of the
telephone.

8. To increase the time before the display
sleeps (goes black), tap the
beside the Sleep in label. The sleep
time increases from the default, and
provides settings for:
5m (five minutes)
15m (15 minutes)
30m (30 minutes)
1h (one hour — default)
2h (two hours)
Never (screen does not go black).
Note: Extending the sleep time or never
sleeping reduces the life span of the
display screen.
9. To decrease the time before the display
sleeps (goes black), tap the
key beside the Sleep in label. The
time decreases from the default, and
provides settings for:
Never (screen does not go black)
2h (two hours)
1h (one hour — default)
30m (30 minutes)
15m (15 minutes)
5m (five minutes).
10. Tap the
Exit
display. Changes are saved
automatically.
