Dn: Sort (0: internal speed, 1: overlap, 2: drop high)

Normally overlapped with FULL, ZRO overlapped only at layer 10

Dn+1: In case of internal speed, speed to be set up is '1 – 10'.
Overlap: 3: FUL, 2: HLF, 1: QRT, 0: ZRO, 4: SPC
Drop high: 0: no, 1: yes (It works only at step 7.)
