7. THE EFFECTS PANEL

Pressing the Effects button on the Upper Toolbar causes the Effects Panel to appear above
the Hardware Panel. As with the Sequencer Panel, you can scroll down to tweak your
sound while the Effects Panel is displayed, although the onscreen keyboard/wheel/button
are unavailable.
The Effects Panel
The Effects Panel lets you add up to four different effects (FX) to a preset. These can be
chosen from a set of 16 different effect types, and routed in various ways suitable to the
patch.
There are a couple of worthwhile general functions that apply to the tab and its individual
effects. We'll cover those before getting to meet the effects themselves.
