5. MAIN PANEL

This chapter covers the main view in Dist TUBE-CULTURE, excluding the controls available
when you open the

5.1. Common Control Behaviors

Virtually all controls on the main and Advanced panels follow a few rules designed to make
things more convenient.

5.1.1. Value Pop-Ups

Operate or hover the mouse on any knob, and a pop-up a.k.a. "tool tip" appears, displaying
its current value.

5.1.2. Fine Adjustments

To adjust a knob control more slowly and therefore more precisely, hold Control (Windows)
or Command (macOS), while left-clicking and dragging. You can also hold the right mouse
button when clicing and dragging.

5.1.3. Parameter Name Display

Operating or hovering on any control will cause its full name to appear in the left side of the
Lower Toolbar [p.12].
