NFC Agent

3.2.1

Introduction

In this solution, we utilize the internal MQTT broker on DeviceOn/ePaper server to
send MQTT messages between customer's system and EPD-NFC agents. In queue
mode, the user can send a HTTP request to DeviceOn/ePaper with request parame-
ters indicating the information of mac address and USB port of computer which EPD-
NFC agent installed, so that this command will send to its local agent and wait for
EPD-210 card to approach it. This action will build an automatic process to transmit
images one after one.

Preparation

1.
Copy the attached file (EPD-NFC-Agent.zip) to a Windows 10 client machine.
Unzip the file, and you will see two folders named as template and data which
files in there should be uploaded into ePaper Manager, one folder named
RESTful API, and a setup file named as Setup.msi, and this document.
2.
The portal version of ePaper Manager server should be at least higher than
v.1.7.0.
3.
Please download any RESTful API client tool on the Internet if you don't have
one, and use it to complete the RESTful API Request Submission section. We
recommend a free tool called POSTMAN, which could be downloaded from
here:
https://www.postman.com/downloads/
