Splitting spar
Before use, the spar of the splitter must be slightly
greased.
Please also remove the four upper plastic guides and
apply lubricant (e.g. using a brush) to the inside of the
splitting guide pillar system.
Repeat this procedure every five operating hours. Slight-
ly apply grease of oil spray. The spar may never run dry.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic unit is a closed system with oil tank, oil
pump and control valve.
The system is complete when the machine is delivered,
and may not be changed or manipulated.
Regularly check the oil level.
Too low an oil level damages the oil pump.
Regularly check the hydraulic connections and bolts for
tightness. Retighten if necessary.
Before undertaking any maintenance or checking work,
the working area must be cleaned. Keep the necessary
tools within the reach of your hand.
The intervals mentioned herein are based on normal
conditions of use. An excessive use of the machine
shortens the intervals accordingly.
Clean the panels, screens and control levers with a soft
cloth. The cloth should be dry or slightly humid with a
neutral cleaning agent. Do not use any solvents like al-
cohol or benzene as they could damage the surfaces.
Store oil and grease outside the reach of unauthorized
personnel. Strictly follow the instructions on the bins.
Avoid direct contact with the skin. Rinse well after use.

Splijtdrager
De steel van de hakbijl moet voor ingebruikname licht
worden ingevet.
Verwijder daarna de vier bovenste kunststof geleidin-
gen en strijk het vet (bijv. met behulp van een kwast)
aan de binnenkant van de splijtdragergeleiding.
Dit moet elke 5 werkuur worden herhaald. Vet of sproei-
olie licht aanbrengen. De steel mag niet drooglopen.
Hydraulische installatie
De hydraulische installatie is een gesloten systeem met
olietank, oliepomp en stuurventiel.
Het voor het werk aangevulde systeem mag niet veran-
derd of gemanipuleerd worden.
Controleer regelmatig het oliepeil.
Een te laag oliepeil beschadigt de oliepomp.
Controleer hydraulische aansluitingen en schroefver-
bindingen regelmatig op dichtheid – draai ze eventueel
vaster aan.
Maak voor het begin van de onderhouds- of controle-
maatregelen het werkbereik schoon en houd geschikt
gereedschap in de juiste toestand klaar.
De hier aangegeven tussentijden hebben betrekking op
normaal gebruik, als de machine zwaarder wordt belast,
worden deze tijden dienovereenkomstig korter.
Reinig de machinebekleding, afschermingen en hef-
bomen met een zachte, droge of licht met neutraal
reinigingsmiddel bevochtigde doek. Gebruik geen op-
losmiddelen zoals alcohol of benzine, aangezien deze
de oppervlakken kunnen aantasten.
Houd olie en smeervet buiten bereik van onbevoegd
personeel; lees de aanwijzingen op de verpakking
nauwkeurig en volg deze nauwgezet op; vermijd direct
contact met de huid en spoel na gebruik goed af.
Service-informatie
U moet er rekening mee houden dat bij dit product de
volgende delen onderhevig zijn aan een slijtage door
gebruik of een natuurlijke slijtage, resp. dat de volgende
delen nodig zijn als verbruiksmaterialen.

De machine mag alleen door vaklui worden bediend, die
met de inhoud van het aanwezige handboek vertrouwd
zijn. Voor de ingebruikname moet worden gecontroleerd
of er niks beschadigd is, en of de veiligheidsinstallaties
perfect functioneren. Voor ingebruikname moet men
bovendien vertrouwd raken met de besturingsmecha-
nismen van de machine, aan de hand van de gebruiks-
aanwijzing. De aangegeven capaciteit van de machine
mag niet worden overschreden.
