6-3-1. Adjustment Overview
Adjust the output level and then the input level in the analog audio adjustment.

Audio analyzer
Audio Precision System One or System Two
Tektronix AA501A-option 02
Note
The audio analyzer should be filtered through 80 kHz LPF throughout adjustment.

Audio signal generator
Tektronix SG5010
Agilent Technologies HP339A

Audio level meter
Agilent Technologies HP3400A

Or equivalent product
Adjustment Preparation
Note
Before starting adjustments, write down the customer's settings. After adjustments have been completed, change the settings to the
previous customer's settings.
1.
Turn on the unit and the tools.
Note
Before starting the measurement, supply power to this unit and the equipment in use for at least 10 minutes to warm them up.
2.
Open the function menu.
3.
Select [F1: AU VOL] and set all of [F1: A1 VOL] to [F4: A4 VOL] to "0".
4.
Open the maintenance menu.
5.
Select [M3: OTHERS] and select [M37: AUDIO CONFIG].
6.
Set the following items.
•
[M370: HEAD ROOM]: "-20dB"
[M373: IN LEVEL] → [ANALOG1] to [ANALOG4]: all "+4dB"
•
•
[M377: OUT LEVEL]: "+4dB"
