Message What It Indicates
NAM Fail One or more of the NAM's
integrated circuit chips
failed internal device level
testing.
Network T1 Fail The NAM failed to internally
loop data on the network
T1 circuit.
Passed Self-Test is enabled, the
access unit has been
plugged in (or reset ), the
access unit has passed the
diagnostic test, and there
are no other status
messages.

Record the failure code before resetting the access unit; otherwise, the error
information will be lost.
