11. Before claiming service
When problems occur, please refer to troubleshooting as shown below.
If problems persist or observe problems other than described herein, stop the operation, close the
AIR / WATER shut-off valves and contact a local distributor.
Problems
Dental
chair
unit
cannot
be
powered
ON.
Seat or backrest does
not move.
Switches in panel and
instruments
do
not
work.
Micromotor does not
rotate.
Scaler does not work.
HVE or saliva ejector
does not work or work
very weakly
Drainage from
spittoon bowl is not
good.

Possible reasons
1) Circuit breaker is activated
2) Fuses are blown out.
1) Emergency stop function is triggered
2) Electrical noise provisionally
1) Electrical noise provisionally
1) Main transformer fuses are blown
out
1) Scaler PCB fuse is blown out
1) Too much particles accumulated in
suction filter
2) Suction filter cap is unseated
3) Gap occurs in the connection part
between suction filter and drainage
line
4) Gap occurs in the connection part
between
unit
and
tubings
1) Too much particles accumulated in
spittoon trap or drain trap filter

Troubleshooting
1) Release circuit breaker
2) Replace fuses
1) Remove obstacles and
operate it again
2) Turn off and turn on main
switch
