CAUTION
Clean frequently as necessary.
1) Wipe off with a sponge or soft fabric soaked with a neutral detergent.
2) Wipe off moisture and detergent on the surface completely with dry fabrics.
3) Wipe the dental chair unit with a hospital grade disinfectant in order to kill the
contaminants from the blood and saliva particles generated during a patient
treatment.

10.2 Monthly

10.2.1 Drain trap filter
CAUTION
Drain the trap filter at least monthly.
▶ If particles are stacked up, it may clog the filter and cause bad drainage and
1) Disassemble the drain trap in the lower part of the unit, by
turning it clockwise. Put a container under the drain trap
as particles or waste water may fall down.
2) After throwing away waste water from the trap
inside, wash the trap and filter with running water.
3) Put the filter in the middle of the drain trap,
assemble the unit in the reverse order.
4) When cleaning is finished, pour 2 cups of water into the spittoon bowl to rinse out
the line. Check any water leakage in the trap joint part.
CAUTION
Revised on 15/06/2021

By draining water through the spittoon bowl and filling trap with water, it is
possible to prevent odor coming up from the drain line.
