Process data

The system sends and receives cyclic process data. The process data sent by the CAPA-
ROC system to the controller is referred to as input process data below. Cyclic data sent by
the controller to the CAPAROC system is referred to as output process data.
All values without "hex" are decimal values.
7.1.1

Input process data slot 0/subslot 2 (global system data)

The global input process data sent from slot 0/subslot 2 is 5 bytes.
This data is structured as follows:
Description
Total current (HIGH byte)
Total current (LOW byte)
Input voltage (HIGH byte)
Input voltage (LOW byte)
Undervoltage
Overvoltage
Channel error
(group message)
I > 80% warning
(group message)
Total current shutdown
Reserved
* The permissible total current of the system depends on the temperature derating
** The value range that can be represented does not correspond to the permissible operating voltage range
Process, parameter, and diagnostic data
Value range
0 ... 500 (= 0 ... 50.0 A)*
1000 ... 3050 (= 10 ... 30.50 V)**
0 = input voltage OK
1 = input voltage <9.5 V
0 = input voltage OK
1 = input voltage <30 V
0 = no errors
1 = error at at least one channel
0 = no I > 80% warning in the system
1 = at least 1 channel where I ≥ 80% I
0 = no total current shutdown
