UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the tool if any part is missing. Replace
the missing part before operating. Failure to do so could result in
a malfunction and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and inspect for damage.
OPERATION
WARNING! Keep the dust created by the tumbler contained in the
tumbler bowl. The dust may contain toxic materials or irritatants
that can irritate the lungs if breathed in. Keep the lid on while
tumbling and wait for at least an hour before removing the lid to
allow the dust to settle.

Fill the bowl with media until it is two-thirds full. Filling any more can
slow down the process.
2.
Place the metal workpieces for into the media. The combined weight
of the metal and media should not exceed 5 lb (2.26 kg).
3.
Insert the cover onto bowl and make sure the gasket is sealed. Secure
the lid with the washer and wing nut until hand tight.
4.
Plug the tool into the wall outlet, then press the power button to turn
the tumbler on. Leave the tool on until the correct amount of time
has passed (see Media).
4.2 Overcrowding the bowl with metal workpieces or media can
slow the tool down to the point where it isn't working correctly.
Reduce the number of parts and/or the amount of media, until
the speed improves.
5.
Push the power button again to turn the power off and unplug the
tool.
6.
Wait at least one hour before removing the lid.
7.
Remove the metal workpieces and wipe the dust off them.
8.
Reinstall lid when the task is complete.
MEDIA
Select the correct media based on your intended purpose. Abrasive
powder can be added to plastic media. Other medias typically are used
alone, but you can add abrasive powder if you wish.
