you will need:

a vehicle with a rack

two 8 mm wrenches

a 3 mm Allen wrench

a 4 mm Allen wrench

a 5 mm Allen wrench

IT IS CRITICAL THAT ALL FRONT RUNNER RACKS AND ACCESSORIES BE PROPERLY AND SECURELY

ATTACHED TO YOUR VEHICLE. IMPROPER ATTACHMENT COULD RESULT IN AN AUTOMOBILE ACCIDENT,

AND COULD CAUSE SERIOUS BODILY INJURY OR DEATH TO YOU OR TO OTHERS. YOU ARE

RESPONSIBLE FOR SECURING THE RACKS AND ACCESSORIES TO YOUR CAR, CHECKING THE

ATTACHMENTS PRIOR TO USE, AND PERIODICALLY INSPECTING THE PRODUCTS FOR ADJUSTMENT,

WEAR, AND DAMAGE. THEREFORE, YOU MUST READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS AND

CAUTIONS SUPPLIED WITH YOUR FRONT RUNNER PRODUCT PRIOR TO INSTALLATION OR USE. IF YOU

Page 3 ASSEMBLE STRAPS Attach the straps together and the catches to the straps using the 8mm wrenches. Item # Quantity DESCRIPTION STRAP 1 STRAP 2 HEX NUT, NYLOC; M5 CATCH TOP HEX HEAD BOLT; M5x12 FLAT WASHER; M5 NOTE the 2 bolts on strap 2 (Item 2) are offset to one side.
Page 4 JERRY HOLDER BASE BUTTON HD SOCKET SCREW; Slide the M8 flat nuts(Item 4) into the T-slot M8x12 of the Front Runner rack and slide to the SCHNORR WASHER desired position. Orient the base so that the HALF HEX NUT; M8 catches face towards the outside of the vehicle for easy access.
