The mixer shown here is a low voltage, low power version of the old CA3028 single ended mixer. The
circuit shown here is for the 20m version. The 3 MHz input drive level is approximately 0.25v pk-pk,
while the input from the 11 MHz VXO is several volts pk-pk.
The output of the mixer into the filter section is approximately 1.5v pk-pk.
