 Analog output free range function
This function allows a flow that generates an output of 5 V (or 10 V
when 0 to 10 V is selected) or 20 mA to be changed.
The value can be changed between 10% of the max. value of the
rated flow and the max. value of the display range.

The flow has exceeded the upper limit of the flow

Action
Eliminate the cause of the over current by turning
OFF the power supply and then turning it ON
again.
Decrease the flow rate.
Change the flow to the correct direction.
Reset the accumulated flow.
Turn the power OFF and turn it ON again.
Turn the power OFF and turn it ON again.
Retry the zero-clear operation without applying
fluid.
Ensure that the master IO-Link version matches
the device version.
