4.4 Communication Connection

4.4.1 USB Connection
USB interface is used for after-sales service team to repair inverter only. Not allowed for any
other purposes.
Step 1: Unscrew this plate from inverter.
Step 2: Insert the USB data cable.
4.4.2 RS485 Communication
This function is only applied to inverters with RS485.
The RS485 interface is used to connect EzLogger Pro and the maximum total length of all
connecting cables should not exceed 800m.
Communication cables must be separated from other power cables to prevent interference to
the communication. RS485 connection is shown as below.
