using the spatula tool.
Card stock, envelopes,
carriers will not travel
correctly if they are too
thick or too stiff.
Ensure document is
properly aligned on base-
floor bottom
Frequently-reused items
(like cash tickets or batch
headers) should be
replaced with a fresh
supply. If possible, ask
document provider to
correct print quality
problems.
Ensure work is properly
aligned, and loaded
correctly in the feed area
so it is presented properly
to the MICR read head
