Under HRC mode, if the metal sensor couldn't detect the heart rate signal, "NO HR DETECTED" will be shown in the
display; while if the heart rate value went beyond the max. value, "OVEER PULSE" will be shown in the display.
HILL: Press HILL mode, set your gender, age, weight, excercise time, then press Start, the treadmill begin to workout:
VISION: press VISION mode, choose your favorite vision, then set your target excercise time.
Press Start, the treadmill start to workout:
FITNESS TEST: press FITNESS TEST mode, set your gender,age,weight.
Press Start then SKIP, the treadmill begin to workout, when press stop, the training report will be displayed:
