5. MAINTENANCE

Caution:
 Before carrying out maintenance or cleaning, the cooker
hood must be disconnected from the main power source.
Make sure the appliance is off and the plug has been
removed.
 External surfaces are susceptible to scratches and abrasions,
therefore, follow the cleaning instructions to ensure that the
best possible result is obtained without damage.
Cleaning and maintenance must be carried out with the appliance
cold, especially during cleaning. Avoid the use of acid substances
(such lemon juice, vinegar, etc.) on surfaces.
Glass hood should be cleaned regularly (eg weekly) to ensure a long
service life. Dry with a soft and clean cloth. A neutral liquid
detergent can be used.
The control panel can be cleaned with warm soapy water. Make
sure the cloth is clean and well wrung out before cleaning. Use a
soft, dry cloth to wipe off excess moisture that may remain after
cleaning.
Important: Use neutral detergents and avoid the use of
harsh cleaning chemicals, harsh household detergents, or products
containing abrasives, as this will affect the appearance of the
device and potentially eliminate any printing of illustrations on the
control panel and void the manufacturer's warranty.
