Troubleshooting

Problem
The bezel is not
responding to my taps.
My device never gets
satellite signals.
The battery gauge
does not seem
accurate.
The heart rate monitor,
foot pod, or GSC 10
will not pair with the
device.
The heart rate data is
inaccurate.
Some of my data
is missing from my
device.

Solution/Answer
Unlock the bezel: press
firmly on the bezel for the best results. Tap the outer ring on the
bezel, not the inner ring near the watch face.
Touch and hold
GPS.
Take your device outside and away from tall buildings. Remain
stationary for several minutes.
Allow the device to fully discharge, and then fully charge it
(without interrupting the charge cycle).
Stay 10 m away from other ANT+ accessories while pairing.
Bring the device within range (3 m) of the sensor while pairing.
Restart the scan for the accessory (see
the accessory is sending data (for example, you need to be
wearing the heart rate monitor). If the problem persists, remove
the battery. Wait 30 seconds, and insert the new battery

The device overwrites the oldest detailed data if you do not
transfer it to your computer. Transfer data regularly to avoid
losing data.
