INSTALLATION

When installing the water heater, the following conditions must be met:
A room not exposed to frost, and horizontal levelled floor to ensure the absolute vertical
position of the appliance. If needed, vertical positioning can be ensured by adjusting the legs or
using secure supports for them.
The appliance must be installed in such way that a distance of min. 50 mm must be allowed
from the wall.
The connection of the inlet and outlet should use as few elbows as possible.
Proper water supply and sewage network connections must be provided at the site of
installation (water dripping out of the safety valve must be discharged).
To decrease heat loss attributable to the hot water pipe, the appliance should be installed the
closest possible to the hot water withdrawal locations. In case of longer distances, the hot water pipe
should be added heat insulation.
CONNECTION TO THE WATER SUPPLY NETWORK
Galvanized steel pipe, plastic pipe and red copper pipe can equally be used as cold water pipe or hot
water pipe.
When connecting to the water supply network, make sure to observe the installation sequence shown
in Figure 2.
