Locate the split vent.

Attach a flowmeter to the split vent.
4.
Turn the outer knob of the split-flow knob fully counterclockwise (see below).
5.
Measure the flow.
6.
Remove the cap from the split flow knob, thereby exposing the split-flow needle valve.
