Measuring mode

'meas' moves you from all functions to meas‐
uring mode. In measuring mode, the main dis‐
play shows the measured variable selected in
the configuration, while the lower display shows
the temperature.
The set-up time of the sensor and the
temperature sensor is considerably
shorter if the sensor is first moved in
the buffer solution and then held calmly
to be read off. This then gives you
stable values more quickly.
Conductivity measurement (Cond)
The main display shows the conductivity
measured, while the secondary display
shows the temperature.

perature compensation options.

(tc OFF) no temperature compensation

(tc nLF) temperature compensation with
a non-linear characteristic curve in
accordance with EN 27888 or DIN
38404.8 for natural water and ultra-pure
water (reference temperature 25 °C).
The secondary display also shows tc.

(tc 0.01 ... 9.99 %/°C) temperature com‐
pensation with a linear characteristic
curve and parametrisable temperature
coefficients (reference temperature 25
°C). The secondary display also shows
'tc' .

INFORMATION: If you have selected
temperature compensation with a linear
characteristic curve, this function can
only be exited or the non-linear function
selected if the temperature coefficient
has been set to 0.00.
Salinity measurement (SAL)
The main display shows the salinity
measured in ‰ (g/kg), while the secon‐
dary display shows the temperature.
