Center 12' wall on the 144" (365,8 cm) fl oor dimension.
1" (2,5 cm) overlap is to the bottom.
Use OO as a temporary brace.
Secure with (2) 3" screws.

Secure lower edge of panel to fl oor frame with 2" nails spaced 6" apart.
Angle nails into fl oor frame (Fig. A).

Secure wall bottom plates to fl oor with 3" nails (Fig. A).
FINISH
Your 12' wall is now standing.
