The SpoolMaster window displays information about the currently
printing document and any documents queued to be printed. It also
allows you to cancel, pause, remove, or rearrange the printing order.
The SpoolMaster window is divided into three parts:
The top of the window lists the document currently being printed.
The waiting area lists in order, from top to bottom, any print jobs
queued to be printed.
The status area displays the status of the currently selected print job.
Cancelling a Print Job
1. In the SpoolMaster window, select the printing document.
2. Click the Cancel Printing button.
Removing a Document from the Queue
To remove a document from the queue so it will not print:
1. In the SpoolMaster window, select the document in the Waiting
area.
2. Click Remove From List.
Changing the Print Order
To change the printing order:
1. In the SpoolMaster window, click and hold the queued document,
and drag it to its new position.
2. Release the mouse button.
Stopping and Resuming Printing
If you need to temporarily halt the printing of your queued documents,
you can stop and resume the printing of any queued document.
1. In the SpoolMaster window, choose Stop Printing from the File
menu.
