The terminal block is used to connect alarm switches.
Terminal assignment (starting at top left)

Ground to input 1
IN2 Alarm 2 input
Ground to input 2

To connect the alarm inputs, connect each input with the ground terminal lying
to the left of it using a trigger contact.
