Check the true shield gas flow.
Check the connections and the correct operation of
proportional solenoid (62) and flow detector (28).
Replace proportional solenoid (62) and/or flow detector
(28) and/or panel board (24).
Replace power board (15).
Check the wiring between J2 panel board (24) and J3
control board (15) (communication serial line 422).
Replace panel board (24) and/or power board (15).
Check the mains voltage value.
Replace power board (15).
Check the mains voltage value.
Replace power board (15).
Replace power board (15).
Replace panel board (24) and/or power board (15) and/or
current transducer (77).
Check the power wiring between power board output (15)
and console output terminals.
Replace power board (15) and/or current transducer (77).
Replace power board (15) and/or current transducer (77).
Replace power board (15).
Check wiring of voltage input terminals of mains and
power board (15). Replace power board (15).
Check connections and plasma gas flow detector (60):
with flow = 0 l/min, signal on panel board (24), plasma
connector 2, pin 1(+) and 2(-) = +1 Vdc.
Replace flow detector (60) and/or panel board (24).
Check that there have been no contacts between the torch
and workpiece during welding. Replace the power board if
the error persists.
This occurs when the AC current flows in a direction that
is not permitted. Check the accurate setting of the torch
and workpiece to be welded.
This occurs when the VIN measurement circuit detects an
anomaly in the supply voltage. Check the supply voltage.
If correct, replace power board.
