3. HOW TO OPERATE [How to Set Control Functions]
3.5.3 Operation
②③
IMPORTANT
● I f the compressor starts with the ambient temperature
below the lower limit defined in the specification, the
machine may start in about 20 seconds after 1 to 2 sec-
ond jog operation.
This sequence is controlled by the retry function and,
therefore, is not a trouble. If this is your case, "E0.44"
may be displayed on the digital monitor and the
STANDBY light blinks.

①
① Press the START button.
Make sure that the air compressor starts.
② Make sure that the oil level during operation is kept
within the range between the red lines.
③ If it is below the lower line, follow the procedure on
page 21 and replenish the genuine synthetic oil
(NEW HISCREW OIL NEXT).
④ Digital monitor displays discharge air pressure by
0.01MPa.
Press the SELECT button on the instrument panel
and check if the discharge air temperature is within
the range between 65℃ and 100℃ .
(After temperature stabled)
● I f restarting immediately after stopping operation, "E0.57"
may be displayed on the digital monitor due to fan motor
overload protection and the compressor may stop.
If restarting after stopping, be sure to wait at least 1 min-
ute before restarting.
① Press the STOP button.
The compressor stops.
② Open the front door and make sure the oil separator
tank internal pressure gauge reads 0 MPa.
(It returns to 0 for about 1 or 2 minutes after stop.)
③ Fully close the valve on discharge side.
④ Disconnect the power.
⑤ The instrument panel POWER light goes off after
about 10 seconds.
IMPORTANT
Discharge air pressure displayed on the instrument panel
is unit exit side pressure (minimum pressure / check valve
downflow side pressure). If there is pressure remaining in
the air tank, the gauge does not read 0 MPa.
The oil separator tank internal pressure gauge (minimum
pressure / check valve upflow side pressure) drops to 0
MPa by stopping the compressor.
