8. PERIODIC MAINTENANCE [Greasing of Motor]

8.11 Greasing of Motor

Replenish 75 grams of grease on the load side of the main
motor.
Use "Rare max supper N" KYOUDO YUSHI Co., LTD
(Hitachi part name : RMS Grease).
IMPORTANT
● Procure "RMS Grease" (part item No.: 131) from the
HISCREW distributor.
● Replenish grease while the compressor is running.
● Clean the grease reservoir while the compressor is not
running.
● Example of Grease Gun

8.12 Cleaning of DCBL Motor Cooling Fins
If dust adheres to the motor fins, it could cause the
cooling capacity of motor fan to diminish, the life of
motor to decrease and parts to become faulty.
