4.6.2 Requirements on the electrical connection

For the electrical connection, also observe the assembly instructions
and the circuit diagram of the APAS assistant.
• The integrator must ensure a suitable power source as well as the
suitable connection lines for the PELV according to EN 60204-1.
• Overcurrent protection equipment and line cross-sections for the
sensor head connection must be implemented according to EN 60204-1.
• If required, the operator must connect the pendulum plate with the
protective conductor system of the robot.
• The integrator must implement the electrical circuits according to
EN 60204-1, chap. 9.1.
• The stop categories are already intended in the APAS assistant.
The integrator must commission and validate the stop categories for the
sensor head according to the APAS assistant assembly instructions.
