setup PC Ethernet with static IP 192.168.2.2
DeviceHQ account setup
1. Login, sign up and register to DeviceHQ with a new account
2. Need to generate a new Device / Machine API key pair
3. Need to create a MTCAPW mater configuration file with the machine API key pair in step 2 and all other
settings
4. Test out device with the master configuration file to make sure everything is working based on customer
requirements
5. After master configuration file is create, copy the configuration BIN file to the web server folder that was
created above with the Windows Web server
MTCAPW device setup
1. Connect Windows PC to device via Ethernet.
2. Make sure Windows web server is running.
3. Power on device.
4. Wait for 40 seconds, run Windows Terminal SW and Telnet into device on IP 192.168.2.1 / port 23, login
with default = admin and password = admin
5. At the device command prompt, issue command: reset —o http://192.168.2.2/configname.bin
6. Power down the device.

Device Onboard Troubleshooting

1. Connect Windows PC to device via Ethernet.
2. Install SIM and antennas.
3. Ensure live CBRS network is available.
4. Power on device, ensure all LEDs indicate active cellular and wifi signals.
5. Login to device and check all settings to ensure they match the relative master configuration file.
6. If DeviceHQ is configured, ensure device is displayed on DeviceHQ.
