C." Calorie"window: display the calorie the exerciser consumed ,count forward from 0.0-999,after it overflows, gets back to 0 and continue;
D. " speed" window: display current exercise speed value,speed display range:1.0-12.0KM/h.
1. Key functions:start/pause

A. "Start/Pause button: when it is at the stop state, press this button, can start the motor. When the motor is in the operation state, press
this button, pause the motor.
B." "Stop button: when the motor is running, press this button,the motor stops.
C." "speed up:at the setting state,pressing the button increases the setting value.When the motor is at running state,short press will
increase the speed by 0.1KM/H,when pressing more than 0.5 seconds,the speed increases steadily automatically .
D." " speed down,at the setting state,pressing will decrease the setting value.When the motor is at operation state,short press will
decrease the speed by 0.1KM/H,when pressing more than 0.5 seconds,the speed decreases steadily automatically .

E." "speed shortcut buttons:3、 5KM/H,when the motor is at operating state, press will directly change the motor speed into
the speed value diaplayed on the buttons.
Two. start the treadmill into operation
A. Press start/pause ",the time count down for 3 seconds, then motor start to operate, the initial speed is 1.0KM/H;
B. Pressing speed increase and speed decrease
C. Pressing speed shortcut button"
D. When the motor is running, press stop
E. Pulling away the safety key can instantly stop the motor running,LED screen display "---",the buzzer makes the short sound Bi-Bi-Bi;
F. At the manual mode,when the time added is more than 99:59(100 minutes), the treadmill stops.
Three.Safety lock function
At any state, pull off the safety lock,LED screen display"---"，the buzzer makes the sound Bi-Bi-Bi.If the motor is running,the the motor stops
urgently.When the safety key is at off state,any key press doesn't function.
Four.Power saving mode
This system has power saving function, in the standby mode, if there is no button command input within 10 minutes, system will enter into
power saving mode, and close display automatically, press any button can wake the system.
Five.MP3 founction
When the power is connected,connect MP3 or other audio devices,electronic meter can play music.The volume is controlled on the audio
devices,please pay attention to control the volume not to effect the sound quality and the built-in audio circut.
Six.Shutdown
You can turn off the power to shutdown the treadmill any time. This will not damage the treadmill.
Seven. Attention：
1. Check the power and safety lock is sure a valid state before start do exercise.
2. When run into emergency, pull off the safety lock to stop the treadmill quickly；and put on the safety lock, the system back to default,
waiting for input the instruction.
3. If there is any problem，PLS contact the distributor .Amateurs, do not attempt to disassemble or maintain so as to
avoid the damage of equipment.
