Delivery status
The product is supplied in the status "partially assembled" or "fully assembled" according to the
order.
Delivery status "partially assembled":
– The modules are not connected to one other.
– The motors are mounted on the modules.
Exception with centre motor position on the X-module: the motor is mounted on the central gear
unit.
– The cables, hoses, motor controller and motor controller accessories are enclosed.
Delivery status "completely mounted":
– All modules are connected to one other.
– The motors are mounted on the modules.
Exception with centre motor position on the X-module: the motor is mounted on the central gear
unit.
– The cables and hoses are installed in the energy chains.
– The motor controllers and motor controller accessories are included.
The product is also available without motors. Mounting third-party motors is not recommended and is
not part of these operating instructions.

Transport
5.1
Transportation protection
CAUTION
Risk of injury from falling parts.
Parts of the product or the transportation protection may fall during transport or unpacking.
• Observe the identification on the transportation protection.
• Unpack the product with at least 2 persons.
Transporting product
•
Transport the product to the storage location or mounting location in the transportation protec-
tion and place it on a firm, flat base.
Unpacking product
•
When unpacking, observe the following:
– Use appropriate tools.
– The parts of the transportation protection are large and heavy: make sure that parts do not fall
down and damage the product.
– The product is secured to the transportation protection with transport locks è 5.2 Remove
transportation locks from the transportation protection.
– Use suitable aids to lift and set down the product, e.g. crane.
Lift the product out of the transportation protection with the mounted transport kit è 5.3.3
Lifting the product with the transport kit.
