The subscriber name, address, new telephone number, and Telephony
Modem serial number
The accessibility of house wiring (cable, telephone, and power)
The Telephony Modem is provisioned at the headend
Telephony Modem
Zero, one, or two Li-Ion battery packs (battery backup models only)
Power cord
CD containing USB drivers and this manual
Quick Start Guide, Initial Battery Installation Guide (battery backup
models only), Product Safety and Conformance Guide, and Wall
Mounting Template and Instructions
Ethernet and USB cables
Two #6 screws
For wall mounting on drywall:
— a drill with a 1/4 inch (6 mm) drill bit
— spectrum analyzer for checking RF levels (optional)
— two 1.5 inch (35mm or 40mm) drywall anchors and screws; the head
should be less than 9.1 mm (0.36 inches) diameter and less than 3.3
mm (0.13 inches) thick
