filter, if necessary wash the filter grater

• Check the container for pressings (10), if
it is full, switch off the unit, take the plug
out of the socket, and remove the pressed
skins from the container (10).
ATTENTION:
Maximal
should be not more than 2 minutes with
not less than 5 minute interval.
• After using the unit, switch it off by setting
the switch (9) to the "0" position, wait until
the filter grater (4) stops completely and
take the plug out of the socket.
• Dismantle and clean the unit each time
after usage:
- Remove the pusher (1) from the throat
(2).
- Pull the clamp (7), by releasing the lid
(3).
- Remove the lid (3).
- Remove the juice tank (5) together with
the filter grater (4).
- Clean and wash all the details after us-
age.
TIPS
• Use only fresh vegetables and fruits as
they contain more juice.
• You can use different vegetables for juice
making (carrots, cucumber, beetroots,
celery, spinage, tomatoes) or fruits (ap-
ples, grapes, pineapples, oranges).
• You do not need to peel the product if the
peel is thin, peel it only if it is thick (for in-
stance, from pineapples and fresh beet-
root).
• When making apple juice, remember that
its saturation depends on the sort of the
apples used. Choose the sort, which bet-
ter suits to your taste. Extract juice to-
gether with the peel. You do not need to
cut out the core.
• Apple juice darkens quicker, add a few
drops of lemon juice to it – it will hold the
process of darkening.

• Drink the juice immediately after making.
At long preservation in the air, juice loses
its taste and food value.
• If you keep the juice in the fridge, pour it
in a clean bottle otherwise it can absorb
foreign smells of products kept in the
fridge. Do not keep the juice in a metal
running
time
container; it can acquire the correspond-
ing flavor.
• We do not recommend processing fruits
with high content of starch and pectin,
such as bananas, papaya, avocado, fig,
apricot, mango, redcurrant and black-
currant. To process them use some other
appliances.
• The unit is not intended to process very
hard and fibrous products such as coco-
nut, pie plant or quince.

CLEANING OF THE UNIT

• After operation and before cleaning
switch off the unit and unplug it.
• We recommend washing of the remov-
able parts in warm water with the usage
of a neutral detergent.
• It is more convenient to wash the open-
ings of the filter grater from the backside.
Be careful while washing the filter grater,
its surface is very sharp.
• Do not wash the removable parts in a dish
wash machine.
• Wipe the motor unit (8) with a damp cloth.
Never immerse the motor unit into water
or other liquids, do not wash it under a
water jet.
• Do not use harsh sponges, abrasive or
aggressive leaning substances, as well
as solvents.
• Some products such as carrots, toma-
toes and beet-root can color the plastic
details of the juicer.
You can remove such spots using a dry
cloth, dampened in vegetable oil, then
wash the details in warm water with a soft
detergent and dry.
