– To cancel the keep warm function press the
«CANCEL» button (13) once.

Attention: Be especially careful: outgoing
steam is very hot!

– When no steam is released from the valve
(6), you can open the unit lid (4) by turning it
counterclockwise (fig. 1).
– After the cooking program is finished pour
the condensate from the drip tray (9), to do
this remove the drip tray (9) by pulling it down
(fig. 8).

CLEANING AND CARE

• Unplug the unit and let it cool down.
• Wipe the unit body (1) and the lid (4) with a
damp cloth.
• Wash all the removable parts including the
cooking bowl with a soft sponge and a neu-
tral detergent, then rinse under running water.
• Do not put the cooking bowl (8) in the dish-
washing machine.
• To clean the lid (4) fully:
– remove the silicone gasket from the lid, thor-
oughly wash it with small amount of neutral
detergent (fig. 9);
– wash the lid (4) thoroughly, paying special
attention to the lid blocking system valve and
steam release opening of the valve (6); to
make sure that the steam release opening is
clean, remove the perforated metallic protec-
tion cap located on the inner side of the lid
(4) (fig. 11);
– keep the valve (7) clean; to wash the valve
