  • Page 2 OPERATING THE D-Cut CEMENT SIDING CUTTER. Cement Siding 2. If you are not thoroughly familiar with the operation of D-Cut Cutter, obtain advice from a qualified instructor or call 630-916-9100 USA 3. Stay alert. Do not operate while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication.
  • Page 3 Have the cutting head sit on the supporting steel plate. Note: the supporting plate sticks out on the same side with the D-Cut logo shown on the blade holder. Insert 4 long screws from other side the cutting head and use 4 nuts to tighten the supporting plate.
  • Page 4 Assembly of the cutter (4) Use provided spacer and nut to tighten the cutting head and supporting plate in position. But do not over tighten it. Warning: Do not put your fingers against the sharp edge of the blade at any time. Assembly of the cutter (5) Install the working table by tightening 3 long screws.

  • Page 6 Straight Cutting Insert the siding between the cutting blade and the base, pull out the extension bracket, then flush the siding with the guide bar on one side of the rollers, hold the siding and pull handle down to complete a cut. Note: the flat side of the blade should face the supporting rollers.
  • Page 7 Changing the Blade Use provided Allen wrench to remove the eight screws, then carefully move the blade out of the small blade holder. Note: the flat side of the blade facing the table when installing a new blade. Warning: Do not put your fingers against the sharp edge of the blade at any time.
