To maximise the benefits of your new Elcometer Portable Miniprinter please take some time to read
these Operating Instructions. Do not hesitate to contact Elcometer or your Elcometer supplier if you
have any questions.

2 THE POWER SUPPLY

Your instrument is powered by a rechargeable battery pack. Use only the battery charger supplied - use of
any other battery charger may cause damage to the printer and will invalidate the warranty.
Your Elcometer Portable Miniprinter is dispatched from the factory with the battery discharged. Recharge
the battery fully before using for the first time. The batteries will take a maximum of 14 hours to recharge.

3 SWITCHING THE PRINTER ON AND OFF

To switch on, press the ON button. The printer mechanism will
ON OFF
make a slight noise.
To switch off, press the OFF button.
Note: The printer will also switch off automatically after 5
minutes of inactivity.
