• Translation of Appendix 1 (does not apply to English speaking countries, or
countries outside the European Union (EU).
• Dovetail bracket (fitted to the crosshead).
• Appropriate mains cable.
• Allen key for crosshead dovetail.
• Four rubber feet, four attachment screws and Allen key if necessary.
