5 Troubleshooting

5.1 Alarm Codes

Basic troubleshooting and alarm condition information is
contained in the user manual.
The Platinum Mobile concentrator has dozens of possible
alarm conditions that are being monitored on a continuous
basis.
The alarm code information can be accessed in two ways to
gather the following information:
Alarm Code History—The 20 most recent alarm codes
along with the date, time and cumulative hours of
operation when each alarm occurred.
Active Alarm/Software Version—The alarm code of
any active alarm condition with the software version
number.

5.1.1 Viewing the Current Alarm Code and Software
1. Simultaneously press and release the flow selection A
Version Number
This procedure displays the alarm code of any active
alarm condition with the software version number.
The concentrator may be Off and connected to
external power or turned On to perform this
procedure.
button and audio off (mute) B button.
The current alarm information displays for 5
seconds and then the display returns to its
previous state. Refer to the table in alarm codes
for more information about the alarm codes.
The code will be 0xC200 with a description
"NoAlarm" if no alarm condition exists.
