OPERATING CONDITIONS
3.1. Ambient Temperature
Ambient temperature: 0°C ~ +40°C
3.2. Relative humidity (RH)
Max. humidity: 95%
3.3. Medium - liquid - temperature
Liquid delivery temperature:
+2°C ~ 110°C
In order to prevent condensation in
the control box and the stator, tem-
perature of pump media must be kept
higher than ambient temperature.
3.4. System Pressure
Max pressure 1,0 MPa (10 barów)
3.5. Protection grade
IP42
3.6. Inlet Pressure
To avoid damage caused by cavitations, keep the pressure at pump inlet on ap-
propriate level. The maximum allowed inlet pressure cannot exceed 1.0 MPa:
Minimum inlet pressures shall be kept as written below.
3.7. Pump media
Medium Temperature
Inlet Pressure
Medium shall be, clean, noncorrosive and non-explosive, without solid particle, fiber or
mineral oil contents. This pump should not be used to handle flammable liquids such as
vegetable oil or gasoline. If the circulation pump is used to handle high viscosity liquids, its
performance will be impaired. Therefore, take media viscosity into account when selecting
a pump for your system.
Avoid mixing hydrocarbonderived additives. Antifreeze max. 30%. Provide anti-scale sys-
tem in domestic water circulating units where the water hardness TH is higher than 15 °F.
