Removing the handset from the stowage
compartment in the rear compartment
Opens the drawer
This equipment is available only for Mercedes-
Maybach vehicles with individual rear seats.
Vehicles with individual rear seats
Press button 1.

Remove the handset.
#
Closing the drawer
Place the handset in the drawer.
#
Press the handset drawer back until it
#
engages.

Folding the rear seat backrest forwards
& WARNING Risk of becoming trapped
when adjusting the seats
When you adjust a seat, you may trap your‐
self or a vehicle occupant.
When adjusting a seat, make sure that
#
no one has any body parts in the sweep
of the seat.

& WARNING Risk of accident if the seat
and seat backrest are not engaged
The seat and seat backrest can fold for‐
wards.
There is a risk of the following, in particular:
The vehicle occupant may be pressed
R
against the seat belt. The seat belt can‐
not protect as intended and could cause
additional injury.
A child restraint system is no longer prop‐
R
erly supported or positioned and can no
longer fulfil its function as intended.
The seat backrest cannot restrain objects
R
or goods in the load compartment.
Always ensure that the seat and seat back‐
rest are engaged, in particular:
Before persons travel in the vehicle while
R
sitting on a seat with the easy entry and
exit feature
After you have adjusted the seat
R
